I'll just add a warning for pewds or to anyone reading to be careful lifting a lot of weight without a spotter. I know you know, we know you know, but just a friendly reminder

Towards the end I can see him thrusting his hips in an attempt to ge the weight back up. Your bottom should always be touching the bench. The range of motion is bad. Aim to have the bar touching your chest and briefly (maybe for half a second) pause there before pressing back up. Control the eccentric. Don't just drop it and bounce it off the chest. I'm assuming Felix mainly cares about size rather than strength (they do go hand in hand for the most part). I don't see the point in going for 1 rep maxes if you are not training specifically to improve them. Volume can be used to assess strength. Pick a relatively challenging weight (maybe 80kg) and take it to failure. Then try it again at a later time. If you can achieve more reps, then you are stronger and have increased in size.
