Pronounced Aitch not with a soft H when an initial. Same reason you don't say "A Hotel ", but "An hotel". Most people get it wrong, including my Bank, HSBC. Good luck.

great question - the neighboring buildings on each side are actually vacant, so potential for those also

Why is it always not in our backyard? What if a Doctor and Nurses or some other useful professionals came to stay there and they happened to save your life if you had a heart attack? Neil Hartley
