That event was a disaster for ordinary commuters in Quezon City just trying to go to and back from work. Next time please hold it outside Quezon City, in a place which is not a traffic bottleneck (Quezon City Circle is the only thoroughfare for those living in North QC, Bulacan, North Caloocan and to some extent San Mateo, Rizal.) Events like these should not adversely impact ordinary citizens just trying to live out their lives.

More than 86 percent of the population is Roman Catholic in the Philippines so not many are buying into Pride Month. The months of December and April are big due to Christmas and Easter. Have fun Though!
June 24 I think in "San Juan" that's why throwing water, I did that when I was a child , I put water in plastic and throw to the train when it passed by us.

His parents, Sts. Elizabeth & Zechariah, are two of my favorite saints. 💜From next year on I’m gonna try to remember to incorporate this into an annual family celebration. Ever inspiring he is, St John the Baptist…. “Behold the Lamb of God….He must increase, I must decrease…” 💦🔫🌊🐑✝️❤️
@@wintersojourn9356 in Banate town here is iloilo is Fiesta and every June when I was a child I did that throwing water inside the plastic and splashing water to my friends and classmates, we get prepare and do not get angry when somebody pour water at me, I cover my ears only for in case water will get in. it's fun I don't know if still celebrated by many or not.
@gigiloveshongkong7133 it wasn’t practiced in USAin ny childhood, far as I’m aware. But maybe it was within smaller communities though I didn’t know. & I attended Catholic school in elementary grades. But I know there is more interest in “liturgical calendar living” esp when one’s children are young still living at home. I’ve seen blogs & books dedicated to how to incorporate the liturgical calendar into family life or daily living even without children.
P.s. & I truly find it wonderful how the Philippines maintains or maintained so many traditions and celebrations; I was commenting similarly on another channel when I watched a graduation. The ceremony was so beautiful with singing & dancing & other elements like the way the procession was done, tgat to me was so beautiful & special. I hope the Phil never loses that (both the traditions but also the reason & knowledge of the basis of the traditions).
