Do you hang them when it's cold?

I do. Kinda have too. Winters here can get well below freezing and summers can hit triple digits. I've be using raytec hangers and using screws to attach. But I have been can call backs and have noticed that the screw are snapping in half. I've switched to the fast hanger with the attached screws so we'll see if that helps at all.

@@IRAfallon we have the luxury of not having to work in extreme cold, but I've heard of guys putting the clips closer together, like 12 inches, and that helping with expansion. Usually putting gutters on when it's really hot isn't the problem, but cold is definitely an issue.

@@IRAfallon btw, we use raytec hangers too. Been using them for over 20 years, never a problem. Screws snapping has been an issue though. We are trying pole barn screws with washers to see if they are better.

I've started putting the hangers closer together as well. I'm just starting my 3rd year in business so I'm still learning and my first year is coming back to bite me. Lol. All good learning experience. Thanks for your comments.
