So how do we treat this issue? Can you show us some techniques or exercises please?

Ive been diagnosed with hip impingement. Cannot bring knee up to the chest while laying down and cannot rotate the knee inward if at a 90 degree angle (unsure of labral tear as insurance won’t cover MRA). I’m only 35…do you think there’s a way to recovery that’s not invasive/surgery?
