Weakest Link Strickley Come Dancing special, starring Arlene Philips, Brendan Cole, Heather Small, Camilla Dallerip, Craig Revel Horwood, Anton Du Beke, Mark Ramprakash, Kristina Rihanoff & Mark Foster
This is the first celebrity special or episode with a primetime set to have completely different interview backgrounds when the contestants were voted off which I wasn’t a fan of at the time, since I preferred the previous ones from 2001 until then. I stopped watching the show some time after that for that reason, and also since there were more female winners than male winners on episodes with these backgrounds. No offence.
He defo said it about Heather but she wasn't exactly limp or lifeless. She was a little stiff on occasions but she wasn't limp & lifeless. Think she was just too nervous & she works out so her body is probably athletic in a certain sort of strong n sturdy way, so I'm not sure she's suited to some dances where you have to be a little more fluid. She does have amazing fluid hip action when she's not nervous. Think she was too nervous for strictly & kept thinking about her next move rather than letting go but "limp n lifeless" was unfair. Glad he got sent off. Even when she was good doing the salsa he was unkind & gave her a low score when she definitely deserved higher.
"Old boilers" what an awful thing to say .. I have never warmed to Ms Robinson, she seems to lack empathy , humanity and charm... It could be a persona, but , I am not convinced of that ...however, to refer to women of a certain age as old boilers. Look in a mirror before you start slinging insults.
42:04 and as of the writting of this comment, Angela Rippon is currently on Strictly Come Dancing as the oldest contestant on the show ever at 78. God bless her and she's doing fabulous!
