I’m 5’7” but inside leg is 31/32 so I do sometimes struggle with leg length in jeans and trousers, also my arms are long so same with sleeves, my sister is 6’ and she’s always looking for longer lengths , love this video really informative and I love that dark red on you 🥰
Yes, I can totally relate to lengths of pants/jeans and blouses etc. being too short. It's the main reason why I don't like the "cropped look". I always looked for the "long look". Thank you, your videos are alway great!
Two things: shopping my closet or second hand/thrift shopping. Secondly, Leoni you've shown me that lighting is everything! Those harsh store lights were terrible.
I'm in my 50's and I'm not above using a retro Tee or athletic shoe (trainers) ... it's nostalgic, but I pair it with simple neutral pieces, a pencil skirt and kitten heel, or a blazer and boyfriend jeans, a sleek sandal or heels 🥰
I’m 5’8 and sometimes I struggle with finding the right pair of trousers or jeans. I’m glad that stores like Mango, Massimo Dutti, Zara and even H&M have added long length trousers/ jeans to their collections (at least where I live: The Netherlands).😊🙌🏾

Yes I’m 5 “10” and I have difficulty finding clothes to fit! I live in Canada 🇨🇦 and I order from Good American. Their pants are long as well as their jeans! I wait for sales and they are amazing with sending discounts. I love the quality as well! Thank you for the amazing content!
Oh my god, I didn’t even realize that these T-Shirts are retro! Seems that I accidentally fell back into the years of my youth as I have bought one of these Ts already! Whatever. They make me feel good. When I was young I always laughed when I saw older people stuck in their time. Everything gets back to you I guess.
I am 5'9 and have a hard time finding pants that are long enough. Sometimes I settle for the capri look just because I love the style of the pants. I actually love the oversized men type trousers as they seem to always be the perfect length. As for Walmart shopping I'm a fan. They were awesome during the crazy pandemic. I’m 5’10” and lately I have found many trousers that are long enough but maybe because they are too long between the waistband and crotch. It’s not just me. I look for product reviews that complain about pants being too long and order them immediately. There have been more in the last couple years than any other time in my lifetime.
I love the last pair of midrise jeans you wore in this episode... I also find that high back pockets make my backside look more perky than flat... Thank you for another great video...😊
I'm 5'10" and also struggle to find clothing that is long enough! Free People and Zara tend to run on the longer side, and Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, ASOS, and J. Crew (and I'm sure many other brands) have Tall sizes! I've also been known to shop for certain items in the Men's department, such as sweatpants and sweatshirts, because the legs and sleeves run longer than women's! I would love a Tall Girl's Guide to 2024 Fall/Winter Fashion video. :)
I love that so much of what I already have is on trend for fall. I’m in NYC but one of my best friends lives in DC. I think my taller friends like Abercrombie even though they don’t offer tall usually in-store. I have a weakness for the 70’s tees. The ones from The Bee & The Fox are so fun and cheeky.
I’m only 5’8 so not quite as tall as you, but finding pants long enough is a constant struggle. I know all the stores that offer tall sizes. Haha! Hope you are enjoying D.C.!
I love vintage logo tees, especially classic rock groups. But I think you have to be careful what you pair them with or it can give a dumpy look. I wear them with nice well fitting mid rise or almost low cut jeans and understated jewelry. I find that when when I wear them people always guess my age much younger that I am.. Makes me feel younger too!
Nice video with the try ons. As I'm tall, I make a lot of my clothing purchases from Old Navy, Gap and Banana Republic on-line in Tall and Long sizes. I also try on some Men's slim styled clothing and it works for cheaper prices too.

I am 5’10 most of jeans,I am choosing lately are very long, some even touching floor with low shoes😳🤪 my favorite brands Margiela, just got YSL, very long. Now pants, and other clothing, yes some designers, like Old Celine, are quite short. Love sweatshirts with some kind of writhing, but nothing crazy, it’s great to wear with more dressy skirts. not super tall, BUT short waisted and very long legged. i also struggle to find pants long enough. the cost of hemming to the correct length when i buy trousers in TALL sizes can put me off a purchase unless on a BIG discount sale....
Yes sleeve and leg length is a struggle as I am 5’10” , and (unlike you) being short waisted. All my length is in my legs as well as long arms. I love my height. I find shopping life so much easier, shopping at the Gap and ordering their items in ‘tall’♥️. Perhaps you might do a ‘Gap’ order in tall sizing😊

I hope you have a wonderful time with your son. I bought a couple of pair of barrel leg pants from banana republic this summer. They are so wonderfully comfortable and they look best in the cropped length on me. Maybe they would work for you?
Better than Target cramming their WOKE alphabet agenda down our throats and showing all that GAY junk to impressionable children…….I have not stepped into a Target store since then and think their stuff is very cheap looking.
That’s just one of *many* types of unethical business practices by Walmart. For example, some of their environmental abuses are blatantly illegal, yet despite multiple pending lawsuits, continue to be done with impunity.
My 5'9" youngest sister struggles with finding pants and jeans long enough for her. I'm 5'3", and I have a hard time mainly with skirts and dresses that are short enough but not mini.
I have a very hard time finding pants & jeans that are long enough. I’m 5’7”. Manufacturers should make the lengths longer, all pants can be hemmed but cannot be made long enough by letting out a tiny hem. I find 2 pc sets to be the worst, the pants are always super short with a ridiculously long crotch.
Thanks Leonie - I love your videos and advice.... but I have to comment about the black cropped cigarette pants from HM -- they just don't fit properly - they are pulling at the hips (and it is not any fault of your body!).... I really loved most of the rest though. It's a cooler day here today, so I am actually starting to create my fall wardrobe "wish list"... but I am still looking forward to another month+ of summer weather here (Canada) 🙂

I feel that I look too thin with a straight, mom’s or baggy pair of jeans, but I like the ones you’re wearing in the last seconds of the video. I am 1.70 cms, so not petite but not tall, but have the feeling that wide leg jeans sort of hide the bump and make you look as if there was nothing there 😅. I like the retro T-shirts on others, but I wouldn't buy them, because I think I would not wear them so often, first because of the logo that gets annoing by the time and second for me they are too casual ond more a thing for girls in their twenties 😅

I really don’t like Ts with any kind of writing, especially when it’s a store produced travel shirt like the ones on offer right now. Everyone knows where they’re from & just seem a bit tacky to me.

Crop pants are a no for me. They cut off my legs and make me look shorter. In my opinion, they only look good on tall, thin women like you. Same with oversized blazers. They flatter only tall thin women. Otherwise, your recommendations were okay. Thank you!
I’ve been watching your videos and they are pretty good but this one I gotta say No one is watching RU-vid or IG or anything about fashion to be able to go to target or H&M . People that they go to target , they don’t care about fashion. They’re not gonna put effort and time to watch a 15minutes video trust me. I think it’better to figure out your audience 😅
