I got that at 2:18 EST, and I seen the Emergency Alert Broadcast on the tv about 3 or 4 minutes later

yall.. if anyones in san Leandro, did anybody get an emergency alert on their tvs today at 5:05 AM?? it happened to me, there was a voice saying "this is a test of the emergency alert system"

Mine and everyone elses went off 11: 18 PST as well so 2: 18 EST

most of the people near me had their phones go off at 2:18 while mine went off like 10 minutes later lmao

Weather radios dont go off for this because i didnt hear anything either from mine

I got this at 12:18 PST and it scared the hell out of me

i dont know why they did it 2 minutes early but they did

I got this in school and my teacher was like "what the heck is that"

I was waiting for 1:20 cst and I was in band class and everyone as using their phones as metronomes bc we had some extra practice time and at 1:18 cst it happened and everyone was surprised and it was so loud lol

Yeah i was wondering why my phone went off early. I didn't know if my weather radio would. My regular radio went of at like 2:21

This calls me to get detention for three days my phone went off in the middle of class doing the test
