Why is it so hot in American houses? Have you guys never stop and think that maybe the way your houses are built it's not well isolated. The think is, America uses lots of board in their building process, not enough of strong building blocks and steels, thus making it's almost impossible with air conditioners even through summer sun does not hit as yet. Air conditioner should not be use all the time, it's not ideal for the health, just a warning.
Thats so true. My parents never disciplined my brother and he got suspended from school and college too. And he regularly gets into fights with people.

Jessica Sims she doesn't mind him being awake she just doesn't like him constantly moving around which keeps her awake. What wife who's madly in love with their husband and has physical affection/intimacy as their love language wouldn't want to sleep next to their SO. If she's not a light sleeper he should hold her until he falls asleep and then slowly and quietly get out of bed and go do whatever it is he wants to do before going to bed. Either that or just lay next to her watching Netflix or RU-vid or browsing the web on his iPad without constantly moving at least till she's in a deep enough sleep where a little movement won't wake her up. Idk seems simple enough to be. Or they gotta get one of those electric mattress that is one bed but with two halves so his movement wouldn't effect her and they can tilt it however they want either have it the same or different, zero gravity, upright like a couch etc. probably super expensive but I tried them out at conns and I'm obsessed and must have one one day. If you have that store near you then you have to try them out there wonderful. Some even have massage features with so many different options
