Hey, do you know any tutorials on how to create a Metamask clone? Such that when you click on the Connect Wallet button, a custom crypto wallet browser extension would pop up instead?

How come every time I click on MetaMask ext. all I get are options to "import wallet" or "create wallet?" when I don't want to do either. I have a 12-phrase recovery code, but why do I need it to access MetaMask?

Does this allow the app to connect to an app installed on the mobile phone?
