Great job! I'm buying a new Weber this week, but built our current grill over 12 years ago. I couldn't remember how heavy the cookbox was. You made it look easy, so I'm going to go ahead and assemble it myself. Just an FYI, the flat part of the grates should be on top. If the instruction are like my last grill, they won't mention this, nor is it obvious from the images. Having the flat side on top gives you more surface area when grilling. Also, as the grates age, the iron will flake off. If the flat part is on the top, scraping it will keep iron bits from attaching to your food. If the pointed area is up top, scraping isn't as effective, and bits of iron can attach to your food, appearing as beautiful char. Ask me how I know? :)

Very interesting, thanks for putting this video together. I just bought an SI-E-330 and I thought I'd see it there were any videos like this out there to get a quick study of what's involved with putting one together before I tackle mine. I really like that you installed the Weber Craft insert since the beginning...I was wondering if it would get in the way, or damaged while grilling with all the grates installed.

Struggling with that screw on the right side of the knob cover just like you did. Any tips?

Just put mine together, instructions say when the cart is flipped upside down around the time the casters go on you push these plastic anchor like rivets in and says do not use a screw driver, are you ever supposed to go back and tighten them? The instructions don’t say I believe.

Grill is awesome but your speed doesn't look good, otherwise many wouldn't know what you were doing nor could copy good example for coupling this Grill.
