I just had 4 goats slaughtered. Got the meat back today. Im now marinading a leg in your marinade overnight. Will BBQ tomorrow. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦Alberta, Canada here 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
This looks awesome Schuey! I have never had goat before but this makes me want to try it! Of course I am having some beers while watching! Cheer from Oceanside CA Mate!
Thanks Richard Hodgson, the JG BBQ Offset plate would be the perfect way to do this style of cook as it actually gives more surface area than the snake method and the slow and sear but if you have a slow and sear already, yes mate, it will do the job just fine 🍻
Would I able able to use a shoulder instead? I have a 1.1kg shoulder at home and don’t know what to do with it. Would the timing need to be different too?
Planned to do a beef topside roast today. I don't have firelighters and too many cans in to go and get some. Any other way to get heat beads going apart from petrol?
Awesome cook mate and as you know I’m a big fan of goat meat!! I’m a little surprised you didn’t add the weight of you chop chop in the ingredients list though 🤣 Inside joke people. If you know, you know 🤣
Ha ha thanks aaron dellaway, a couple of people had made the comparison in a few videos. I do not see it at all but thought it would be fun to play on it anyway 🍻

@@SchueysBBQ I'm just starting to raise goats now, so I'm wondering what the optimal age to butcher is. And thanks so much for the reply, this is an old video 🤘
