We just advertised to 12,000 prospects. Today is the day before our event. We logged on to Webinar Ninja to verify all worked. The webinar started in error. They said sorry, you will need to contact all your prospects as we cannot play tomorrow as scheduled. Webinar Ninja offered NO refund, nothing besides, make a whole new webinar, upload all the media again, manually make the polls and the questions and the handouts AND the special offers as NONE of this can be transferred to another webinar. OH and by the way ALL your prospects have been sent the rebroadcast of the Test with audio!.
The exact thing happened to me multiple times using their platform. The best thing you can do is find another platform to use - I use Streamyard + EverWebinar and only occassionally run into tech issues.
