Great insightful video. Well done for extracting information from her sometimes she would miss crucial info and you would ask her to elaborate. Like the keywords she searches for she kept saying" roofing, roof" and missed out city. you expounded on that to say its roofing plus city. And many other follow ups
Wow! So much great info in this video! Thanks Nick!!! For the domain name, does it matter if the city name is at the beginning or the end? For instance...ColumbusRoofRepair vs. RoofRepairColumbus. Thanks!!!
Thanks for watching! My guess is it doesn’t matter too much, just a personal preference. We’ve seen some locally that don’t include the city of Seattle at all but use a nickname like Northwest or Evergreen or Emerald City.
@@NickLoperhi is there community I can learn how do this? Does this work in 2024? Heard Google now limiting gmb ranking need actual address/biz license.
Great insights again. Even there are some questions coming up for me when wachtig this. But many thanks so far. One big question: So she has rankend a website and gets calls from people before renting out the site, right? She already tries to sell the leads to services in that niche and region? Does it really work? If I think about small businesses in Germany, they would be really surprised and cautions when I would call and tell them I have a lead/potential customer for them... Edit: Got the answer later in this interview.: She gives some leads for free until she contacts the business to offer renting out the webiste to them. As far I understand it. Correct me if I am wrong. And I really like Miaos positive vibe. She reminds me on an Asian girl I have dated once:)
Luke Van Der Veer was on the show a couple years earlier: lukevanderveer.com/ Here’s his episode: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Cm8n1o6Vudc.htmlfeature=shared
The real questions are how many leads/calls do you get per industry? What is a good number of leads you can expect for being on the front page of Google for a city (that has x number of people in a city), they should give us an example of at least 3 different niches like landscaper, pest control, masonry etc..
That "data" would be quite difficult to find. Instead, use a tool like "SEMRush" to ensure there is adequate "search volume". If the city size is 350-400k and search volume is good for 10-20 keywords in the niche - your are good. The challenge is ranking it. You must either do the SEO yourself or higher someone. You can also abitrage the process - meaning send "paid traffic" to expidite the lead generation. Get a lead buyer on board and after a short trial, sign them up!
Wish you could have asked. What does her team look like. How many people does she hire and what are their functions? Does she do her own SEO, what roles does she play in her company. Does she use tools like fiverr and upwork to get help?
