WECT 1980 Sign Off 

This is the 1980 sign-off audio clip of WECT (‪@wectnews6‬), Wilmington, North Carolina's NBC affiliate station in which the sign-off is delivered over the opening notes of the Army National Guard Piano SSB and was delivered by the late long-time WECT news anchor Ken Murphy. The announcement was preceded by a brief promo of Carolina in the Morning and followed by the test pattern tone after the Combined Sign-Off and National Anthem.
