This is a video of 2 wedge-tailed eagle feeding on a kangaroo carcase on Kangaroo Island. I have been waiting for this opportunity for 5 years and when I drove by and disturbed 2 wedge-tailed eagles feeding on this carcase I just had to return and get my camera set up. I was a little concerned that by disturbing them that they might not return. After placing the camera I went off to work for 8 hours and when I returned the camera was on its back and I couldn't wait to see what footage I had caught... luckily the camera caught most of the good stuff before being moved.
