I love their friendship so much. I wish there was more friendships like this. I like how in the beginning Wednesday says she is not a hugger but in the end she hugs Enid, that shows how much their friendship has grown.
Golden retriever black cat friendships, they're so cute. And it's wonderful how Enids bubblyness makes her immune to Wednesday's resistance towards bonding. Even before Wednesday started coming out of her shell more and before their hug Enid decided they were friends no matter what Wednesday said at the beginning when they met
@@lovely9884 Healthy friendships without fighting over trivial matters. In all honesty we need more straight friendships, not every girl and boy has to get together. Enrid is the person has the best chemistry with Wednesday and the person Wednesday didn’t fame. Xavier is better off with someone who appreciates him and Tyler sucks.
I know there’s a lot of people who love the idea of the possibility of these two pursuing something romantic, which yeah I’m all for healthy representations of good relationships and development from there when it comes to romance, but I also feel like so many people forget the fact that not every single relationship needs to become something romantic - and this is something that I hold for both straight and gay relationships. Just a lot of people sleep on how important solid friendships really are - especially strong female friendships. I think the dynamic that these two are developing is an absolutely beautiful example of a strong female friendship more so because of how drastically different each one is.
They shouldn't do anything romantic, because people want diversity so much,there are already so many remakes ruined because of it, I'm fine if the characters were confirmed to be bi or gay in the past too,but now there are so many remakes in which characters who are not bi or gay suddenly becoming one

Yeah. That’s why I also agree with Jenna’s comment about Wednesday having just a platonic relationship, friendship with Xavier. She said she thinks we need to see more of that kind of healthy relationships with men 😊 And I totally agree!
@@ohreally6945 it’s not about representation or anything, I just find the idea cute😅 Maybe it’s because their dynamic is a little similar to Morticia and Gomez, loving one and dark one. Like, Wednesday is chaotic enough by herself, she doesn’t need two boys to fight over her to add the drama, I guess a part of me ships them out of the despise of the love triangle.
Their friendship carried the entire show. & that hug at the end was just the icing on the cake, their chemistry is unmatchable & incredibly heart warming 😭 i hope we see more of them together in season 2 ❤😔

I loved their friendship so so much in the series. The way it slowly blossomed was really nice. The hug at the end was just amazing. I loved how Wednesday finally accepted Enid as her best friend and was really happy seeing her after she almost died.
Their friendship was amazing. I Hope Wednesday goes down a darker path and finally end up hugging Enid in a final season or showing a big step in gratitude. :)
Their conversations pass the Bechdel test. Right there that's telling me this is a great show. I hope Enid is in season 2. All of the actors hit it out of the park.

i really wanted them to be in a romantic relationship in the beginning, but watching the show made me treasure their friendship and i honestly think that it's good to have healthy female friendships in film. if they were set up together in the second season, it would feel forced like they only did it to make viewers happy. i also think enid and ajax's relationship is really cute and i like wednesday and xavier's dynamic and hope they get together in the next season. I've always loved this kind of dynamic in a show, two girls one super perky, the other girl is......well, Wednesday. It goes off a rocky start, then through a series chain of event so complex they become best friends.
I love their friendship so much but I also ship them a lot too, Enid actually changed Wednesday so much and made her evolved. like making Wednesday feel alone for the first time, and their hug was so deep and felt like real love and so much passion into it, the fact that Wednesday doesn’t blink well very rarely but completely close her eyes during that hug. Also Wednesday saying Enid left a mark on her. Some would disagree but I felt like Wednesday & Enid had more chemistry than Wednesday with Tyler or even Xavier, I feel like they just kept forcing their feelings on her, guilt tripping Wednesday for not having any interest in them and also project their own insecurities on her didn’t felt any chemistry with neither of them but that’s just my opinion. Also the fact that the cast ship wenclair(Wednesday & Enid) also surprised me
I completely agree. Most people here see them as being just friends which is perfectly valid, but in my opinion they had the most romantic chemistry out of any of the pairings in the show. Tyler doesn't really count since he was manipulating Wednesday from the beginning, but Wednesday x Xavier and Enid x Ajax just had no chemistry in my opinion. They just felt so forced like the showrunners were trying to check off the requirement of having romantic teenage angst in a shower centered in a teen setting. But Wednesday and Enid were the ones who had the most chemistry, from beginning to end, and the only romantic partner I can see either one with is eachother. They're just too compatible not to ship in my humble opinion.

Like I feel if Enid was a man people wouldn’t disagree at a possible romance that much. Canónicamente prefiero que Wednesday se quede sola, y Enid con el chico Gorgona, sigan teniendo una linda amistad por muuuucho tiempo.
@HazyHunter why is this excuse always comes off when it’s two people of the same gender? but never when it’s a man and a woman I think people are allow to ship them if they want or have headcanons, just like other have the right to see them as just friends. it’s really not that deep and it’s just a show. They become a couple I would be happy, If they just remained best friends I would be happy. Its odd with these two. I ship them but its not like the other ships I ship. Most ships I ship I have certain hopes for and I can't except if they are just friends but with Enid And Wednesday I like them both as a friendship and a couple. Maybe season two we will found out how their relationship will go.

@HazyHunter yes, we can. In fact we have it A LOT. Gender has nothing to do with this, I see how they interact with each other, and I ship it. There’s no right or wrong option, it’s just my wish that they would end up together
to be honest, I don’t ship them together. I see where your coming from shipping them but they can also just be close friends. Not every show has to have an LGBTQIA+ character. ( no hate at all to the community. This is my opinion, not trying to be rude AT ALL. )
Me agrada qué se desarrollara tan orgánico todo entre ellas, una hermosa amistad. Si en la 2da temporada continuan de amigas estare feliz. Sin embargo la loba buscará un mate y creó que Wednesday podría ser una opción, estaría padre de desconocidas, a amigas y luego novias.
