Watching this channel and exotics lair has helped me soooo much, but I still can handle the spiders around my house mainly black widows. I live in New Mexico and we get them so bad. Oh and massive wolf spiders. Ew but like orb weaver spiders are always welcome in my garden as well as little wild jumping spiders.
Can you just do a live feed with the communal and just keep it on? So many times I am up with insomnia and search for things to watch while the world sleeps. A 24/7 live feed would be so amazing💙💙. Congratulations btw. You're a grand ma ma ma ma ma....I could keep going. 😂
I have 3 velvet females. Not planning to pair them cause I heard that after the slings comes out the mother offer herself as food for them! Unless you take the eggsack away. Also I had a fourth velvet which molted and she and Sabrina where in same enclosure. Sabrina ate her! I was very sad so I don't put my velvets together anymore

I'm fairly sure the velvet ladybug spiderlings do eventually consume the mother she will literally take care of them until it kills her then they eat her
Jerimie is a really cool guy. I've had the pleasure to buy some creatures off him myself. I also have a velvet spider, who I'm guessing is female, but will probably ask Jerimie myself. I have been watching you for a short time and I just love watching you unbox jumping spiders and tatrantulas. I am wondering what type of spider is your velvet spider she is so beautiful. I have no spiders, but I want to get one not sure what to start with. I also watch Dave's little beasties, but he does not have jumping spiders I am learning a lot from both of you. So I use a needle felting needle, it’s super fine and I heat them in a candle to poke holes in my sling and egg sac enclosures and never once have I had anyone escape and then I don’t have to use any tape or anything else, so just a tip in case it helps at all❤
Dang will have to come over from KC if you ever do sell any. I feel lucky as hell to have gotten one from Tom almost minutes before they sold out this past month. Velvet spider are really just the best easy to take care of and great to watch (sit and do nothing in their web lol) really good species for people who are looking for something other than a jumping spider

Idk if you know this but Wednesday may die because of the egg sack velvets spiders regurgitate their insides into the egg sack to feed their babies and eventually die the only way to stop this is to take her egg sack from her so she’ll survive
The unfortunate part about some people, especially when it comes to videos, is that they refuse to get to the point because of the non-stop yammering. A 12+ minute video can be summarized, shortened, etc., in a third of the time. Three to four minutes, even pushing 5 minutes, and that'll keep things relatively short and to the point. I'm in the same boat. My Regal had babies that I'm not really sure what I'll do with. I want to keep a few and when they get bigger I'll probably offer some to my friends, but I don't think there will be much (if any interest). 😬😅 Since they're native to where I live, worst case I could release them. But I may see if the person I purchased the mother from wants them.
I have a 20gal community tank with an electric blue crayfish (Procambarus alleni) and have had zero issues with aggression. Panda corydora, killifish, an appropriate size pleco. I only struggle with some live plants, Obi-Wan (the crayfish) is a landscaper at heart, unfortunately hes not very good at it😂
A lott of my female colleagues don't like spiders ..but they think calling your your little black jumping spider "wensday was very sweet..blessings from Devon.. 🌛🌕🕷
It's funny how certain spiders freaked me out, but I've always loved jumping spiders. They are absolutely adorable with such personalities. I actually had a jumping spider that lived between my window panes in my bathroom. I would catch flies for it and put them in between the panes for it to hunt. Love your channel and can't wait to get a pet jumping spider of my own.

@@tarantulakat the only reason I ask is I have three different types of garden orb-weaver that make their spot in the same spot every night but I want to move them but they keep coming back to the same spot how do you make it to where they won't come back to the same spot
