Both of Wednesday's parents are champion fencers. Really, good with all kinds of weapons. They also can't keep their hands off each other. Before the movies, the Addams Family was a popular TV show from 64-66. It was mainly focused on the adults.
I grew up watching The Addams Family tv show from the 60s, the amazing movies from the early 90s and cartoons from the 2000s. And the "normie" teacher is played by Christina Ricci, she played Wednesday in the The Addams Family movies 1 and 2 in the early 90s. Thing isent relatid to the addam's family his full name is Thing T. Thing the Things are apparently a little known chreacher in there world and the addam's seem to be the only ones to know about them as there Aunt Millie hired on known as Lady Fingers who Thing falls in love with and latter one named Esmerelda another female hand hired by Millicent after firing Lady Fingers. Esmerelda turned out to be a thief and Millicent rehires Lady Fingers also in the episode "Thing Is Missing", Gomez and Morticia find a portrait of Thing's parents, a male hand and a female hand. The 1990s revived series implied the existence of other hands as well.
The Addams Family of the 60's was weird, scary, not funny, and in black and white so I never watched it (and there were the corny Musters as well). I preferred Star Trek and Batman. And I like parts of this series and the original comic strip.
