Love your comment about putting “stuff” safely away on a shelf only for a future generation thinking “what the ***k is this ***t” and they chuck it away. Been there, done that with dad’s stuff. It’s now going to happen with my stuff. 😂
Gday Cliff, it’s a lot of work to get the walls and ceiling cleaned up but it’s amazing the difference a bit of paint does, the bloody wind has done some damage to, thanks for the update mate, great job, cheers
Cheers Matty, Yes, the painting itself doesn't take that long but makes all the difference! Bloody wind was scary and has done a lot of damage all over the place, onward and upward, all the best, Cliff.
I don't know if anyone has suggested using a 50/50 mix of PVA and water to seal the discolouration in before you paint over it. It works for mould and damp too. PVA is very cheap 👍
Great to see the progress - sorry if I missed it in an earlier video but now that you're getting a 'fresh start' have you any ideas about improving the original layout and kit or was that good enough?
