Arranging appointments, meetings or booking a service is a daily task which takes up a huge amount of time and effort of often very busy colleagues across policing.
Using the built in tools, already available across policing will save thousands of hours which can be reinvested on making a difference to our communities.
The MS Bookings app, which is available to all PDS member forces, can be used to enable users to simply book an appointment in a single action. Eliminating the 'to and frow' of checking availability but the users remain in control of their calendar by defining their availability.
The examples that James Evans from Kent Police and Essex Police will share will be focused on internal services, but there are clearly huge opportunities to use this approach for services to victims and witnesses.
