Went out today and weeded myrtle spurge along the Heughs Canyon Trail near Holladay. Myrtle Spurge, (Euphorbia myrsinites) is a highly invasive weed in the western United States and adjacent areas of Canada, growing very aggressively with no native herbivores or parasites to control it. So that's where I come in. Unfortunately due to it's penchant to grow in steep crumbly slopes I couldnt' get all of it, but I took a big chunk out of one patch by the trailside.
