Hi I'm from England I love you videos do you get all your gear local or import? Didn't realise how much you carp fish like us. Are those nash bite alarms?

Hi back from Canada. All of our gear has to be imported. We are lucky to have www.carpkit.com as our supplier to bring gear over. And yes Carping over here is growing in popularity. Check out the Canadian Carp Society have a look. The alarms are Nash siren R3's. Best I've seen out there honestly. Glad you enjoy the videos!

Hi John, do you use the deeper often? Dobyou find it fairly easy to use? Alot lot of my fishing is in a river and have been thinking on taking the plunge on a deeper but the price coming from the uk, ouch. My biggest worry is cracking off and watching it drift away, have you used yours in the rivers. Thanks

Yes I have used it it rivers both fast and slow. Fast rivers its not of use as the signal is interrupted to the bottom. Slower current is fine. I never make long casts with it regardless of where I am and always have a 65 lb braided shock leader when using the deeper. Short casts and heavy line.

Good day John. My nephew and I really appreciate the work you put into your vids. My 10 yr. old nephew also mentioned about the lack of fowl language

Glad you both enjoy the vids. I really appreciate that. We do try to keep the language more family friendly. In person it's a different story, but the vids should be out there for everyone.

Looked like a really fun session. We have a bunch of lakes that are real weedy that we usually avoid. I might have to give them a shot. Thanks!

Thank you Tim! It was tremendously fun that day. I will definitely be back there to learn more about that weedy bay. I hope to hear how well you do on your spots!
