Week 1 done and dusted 

An update following the launch of the mission to 'retrain my brain' one week ago...
Having gradually morphed into a pattern of inhalation vocalising to overcome vocal spasms and achieve fluency, it's now time to get back to basics and have another crack at treatment.
It won't happen overnight .... but I'm working on it..
