In this second episode we take the paper and pencil model of the previous video to the R programming language platform -- suitably enhanced with the Tidyverse, especially the ggplot2 package. We tackle vector arithmetic operations to solve for the most plausible hypothesis which is most consistent with the data. The data this week are binary, true or false, open or closed, accepted or rejected, and the decision list goes on. We not only find the solution, we display it with dynamic chart and axis titles, captions and text annotations on the plot itself. We use the plotly package to enable some interactivity with the chart. We also trouble shoot some on the fly issues and generally gain some improved fluency with the R package in the context of solving some otherwise fairly difficult probability problems.
