Keen to have a Cellercise for myself & family members. In particular for 31yr old male with amputated left leg. My awareness of Rebounder benefits from the past & now reacquainting myself again, I believe this will help with lymph drainage which he seeks. Services haven't been forthcoming within insurance structures(from work accident). Even the most basic simplistic rebounding is hugely beneficial. Thanku for all that you do. :)

I’m 68 and have been going this on and off for a year. Up to 30 minutes, 4 or more days a week. Total pounds lost: 27. I think the rebounding has helped more than ANY other exercise I do. There are days when I don’t want to do it.. I have to make myself. You will see the results quickly. Download music with a strong beat, slow for warm up, and then faster “running” music. Good luck, you will learn to love it!

What exercise would you recommend for shoulder nerve impingement from osteoarthritis? Should I do that arm wrapping one you showed near the end?
