Thanks for stopping by to see what a week of realistic meals look like for a small family of two. This was week two of my June pantry challenge. We are making good progress on using up what we already have. Let's see what next week brings!

Love a good snacky meal, that looks delicious! What would we eat on the regular if there were no such thing as Mexican food or pasta?? Chicken fajitas are my go-to. Seeing your pasta dishes inspires me to try making a pasta salad for this week's meal prep. Have a great Sunday!

Pasta salad sounds great! I would be utterly lost without pasta in my life. No low carb diets around here 🤣

That snack plate is one of my favorite ways to eat. And you didn't say so - but those looked like homemade fries ? YUM those are the best.

I love snack dinner! It means I don't have to turn on a stove or oven and no pans to wash after❣ Also, yes, homemade french fries, they are my favorite (and I needed to use up some very very sad looking potatoes)
