Nice video! 375lbs front squat is quite impressive in my books. Luckily me and some other local heavy athletics competitors have our own little facebook group and we're going to meet up next month and throughout the year at the park and get back to training and help each other out. The one guy that we competed against that blew us away was Luke Crowley. He gave us a lot of good pointer too.
