Just a small advice regarding grapes…Unless they come from an organic source, please try to avoid them. Because they have more pesticides unlike other fruits. Just a suggestion out of concern. Please don’t get me wrong. Take him to play area in the shopping mall. They will enjoy it more at this age. Fun zone is for little older kids
She has always been really fair, one can easily tell its genetics. Not to discredit her clean eating that maybe playing 1% part of her current glow... but 99% its genetics.

Preeti i was overweight like you were before but lost weight with good diet and exercise i lost fat from all body parts but little breast fat 36 to 34 but want to have 32 size there is no genetics problem only overweight i have seen from your pictures you have lost breast size as well. if i do exercise i loose weight from other parts but not breast can u please give any suggestions in exercise and diet to add and eliminate so i can do. even have faced that situation please recommend me something

We don't have gym here...im from a very small town, earlier i went to a gym which was 40min away by auto..now i cant because of my study routine. Can you make a exercise from home video with weights..is it possible to achieve this by home exercise??
Definitely...try youtube videos there are so many. Buy weights like 2 kg dumbells 5 kg dumbells and search for 30 min or 40 min strength training hiit exercise with weights

Whatever You like yu may have, make sure of Quantity, its Important. both breads has almost same amount of calories but the fibre content has a bit higher in whole wheat bread.
