WEEK IN MY LIFE: anti-cancer meals, boycott New Years, (I CAN WALK NOW) 

I totally relate to the new year thing. I use January-March as like a trial run then see what I actually want my goals to be and what’s realistic for me during the Baha’i new year!

Don't use boiling water for green tea. You get best results from water which is 80C. If you don't have a kettle with different temps, you can judge when you see the steam rising - that's when to make your tea. Boiling water can cause bitter green tea and also does not bring out the best of the flavours. Healing is going well!

I've been on an anti cancer diet since 2007. I just put powdered/ crushed up green tea (along with a bunch of other anti cancer and health foods) into my morning smoothie and eat it that way.

I’ve always thought the new year in the middle of the winter felt like a weird starting point. The beginning of spring does make more sense, and for me I’ve always thought at the end of summer/begging of the school year felt like the new year.
