Hey everyone! How are you? It's been a little while!
Not going to lie, third year of medical school is BUSY but it is so great I am loving coming in and out of the hospital every day - even the days that I don't want to go I have a good few moments in the hospital - applying what we learn from textbooks to real life is great.
BUT I did vlog this week and I'm so glad I did because it really helped me learn something about myself and bring back an old time management skill I've used before. This week I used it not only for getting things done but for grounding and self care and it's just SO GOOD.
