Not sure if it's the same thing but every time I go into like Krogers for instance, I get extreme tunnel vision and I know it's the lighting that causes it. I can't focus at all and go a little blury as well.

Your not crazy. I started getting blue light blocking into my prescription glasses and I noticed a huge difference. I used to get anxiety in stores and mainly migraines and it’s because of florescent lights.

I work in a hospital and get a migraine literally everytime I go into work! I’ll have to try a pair of blue light glasses 😍

OMG, I started a new job at a hospital as a CNA and could not for the life of me figure out why every shift around the same time I would start getting the worst headache! I finally talked to some of the girls and they all told me I would have to let me body get used to the lighting, so crazy!

I get a headache (sometimes a migraine) every time I am in a building with fluorescent lights for too long. I looked up these glasses and will get a pair when school starts again…. Avulux Migraine & Light Sensitivity Glasses. Also, the engagement canvases above the bed. :)

Sooo…I worked nights forever! I have to have my nights in a row. It’s hard on your body because your body is made to sleep at night. Get on days when you can. It’s busier on days, it’s less money, but in the long run it’s better on your body!

I sometimes feel that too but sometimes after I eat is when I feel nauseous it weridest thing an I dont eat all terrible. Have you ever had that?

I prefer not to work out on a totally empty stomach. I at least have to have a granola bar or oatmeal or something in my tummy before doing any kind of exercise or I get nauseated.
