Do you have 1 partner teacher? That's nice that you all can talk about what has worked and not worked through the year. I am switching grade levels next year and hope that I am part of a great team because I believe it could make teaching a bit easier if you have a team that works together and you can talk to.

I have one teacher who I share students with, and another that I share content with--we have 2 "gen ed" classrooms, and 2 "Spanish Immersion" classrooms. I can honestly say I wouldn't make it without my teacher friends! They (and a really solid admin team and staff) make all the difference in the world! I hope you get an amazing team to work with next year!! :)
