Love this project I am now on year 5 of it and I love looking back - this year because of work schedules I was basically alone all week - I did a lot of what am I watching and thinking journaling which I will like to see when I look back

I am looking forward to doing this for the first time. I have picked a week in June. I was away the end of April. I love the idea of being more focused on the every day moments of life and feeling gratitude for them.
