Jesus died so that you could go to Heaven. He loves you . He would really like a relationship with you and for you to live for him. I recommend that you read the Bible♥️✝️
@@Athena-rr4huthat’s because God sent himself down to earth as a human, making Jesus the son of God. Jesus was born in a manger. Skipping all that, you might be wondering how there’s one God, but also three? well it’s called the holy trinity, God the father, the son (Jesus) and the holy spirit, after jesus died, rose again on the 3rd day and left off to heaven. I hope you learned something man
When I had no friends, nobody to talk, I used to study with him. Not many things have changed even now, I'm still alone. But this guy's really a gift for all of us.
I used to think I was a tech minimalist having just a laptop and smartphone. After watching your channel I learned the error of my ways and after acquiring 26 more tech gadgets including 4 random android E-Ink tablets, 4 more laptops, some old desktops, 3 Japanese flip phones, and 12 old MP3 players I have truly minimalized my tech and am more streamlined. Thank you.
"I've had difficulty finding meaning for most of my life. But when I cut everything out it was hard to not see what I wanted" this impressed me, it was really inspirational. I wrote it on my agenda so that I could see it from time to time. Love you, James.
@@TedNemeth The aesthetics of course and attend his live... you'll automatically know And do a background check of him if you want to know more about him then you'll know why I'm saying all this
i appreciate that you mention boredom being important for living a intentional life. ive watched a lot of your videos and feel like that specifically wasnt mentioned too much, so i can really better understand what it will take now for me to improve myself in a way similar to what you have been able to do :)
LOVING THE BANDA SONG ALL OF A SUDDEN WHASHHSHSH youre awesome jay!!! i always love these kind of vids from you tysm for being an inspiration 🌿🌿 also saludos desde México eres una chingonería 🇲🇽
@@skp1575 oh, I improved my abilities of learning information quickly, learning how to study, and other things that came with the influence of watching his channel
@@Nounou790 Sorry for the late response, but I have limited distractions as far as always getting notifications on my phone as well as looking more into doing deep work and being mindful of how I am spending my time
This video and how you worked on that topic was really healing for me to see. It gave me a feeling of calmness and "it will be okay" which is really what I needed right now.
yoo james I love seeing you improve yourself and I wanted to thank you because you were my motivation to study early and I found it easier to remember everything I studied, so stay safe and thanks again :)
@@Nounou790 Honestly, I was not able to study, but I discovered that I have to keep the phone away from me while studying because it distracts me a lot, and I have to study in the morning because my mind is clearer in the morning, and during the break I exercise and drink water. These are some tips that helped me while studying, and I hope I have helped you even a little ;)
Glad to see you again and doing well james. your videos have always given me the impression that all I need is to step back a bit from social media and technology in general, and spend the time with myself and my thoughts, reading my books, and focusing on my life instead of the virtual life. Thanks to you for being an inspiration to all of us in life not just in studying. truly grateful to know someone like you, even without knowing you personally, I am happy with just this.
so happy to get u back James. I got to remeber those days when I used to study with u. thank u for all those days. I really appreciate ur hard work. stay safe and take care of Mika .
Hi James, been watching your videos for several years now. Just want to say you've been a huge inspiration to me both in terms of my studies and life in general, especially given that I relate to a lot of the things you've shared on your channels. Keep up the good work man!
i just want to say that i am really grateful to you really made me go from having 10hr screentime to studying 10 hr every day thank you so much james you really changed my life love you ❤
This really made me want to just leave everything behind and go on a trip to wherever, solo or maybe with my fam. But I got my medical college entrance exams in like two months so hopefully after that :) also thanks James for emphasizing on the importance of boredom as I've been trynna work on it and this made me want to continue putting efforts towards it.
being ok with things as they are and to take it a step further, finding satisfaction or even joy in the present moment regardless of circumstance, is what has carried me through the darkest times in my life. i am exploring these lessons later than you have. awesome video
ahhh james, when I see your situation and my own situation now, I think of the times when we studied together... and yes, I think I will cry again...~~
I discovered your channel a few months after you started doing your study with me live streams, and it helped me so much more than I realised back then. It was during my last year of high school, Covid and a lot of struggles in my personal and family life, and having some sort of company through your videos (and the Discord) really helped me as I used studying as an escape from real life. Time has flown so fast since then and I evolved a lot (for the better, I think), but I am still very grateful for the ideas you spread through your videos as they inspired me and taught me a lot in difficult times. I'm really glad to see that you seem to do well! Wishing you all the best, it's nice to see what you are up to now:))
Hi James!! I'm glad to see that you're doing well. It seems you're improving exceptionally well but I hope you do find your purpose. Have an awesome day.🌞
James i started following you when i started highschool. You are such an inspiration to me. Watched your 11hr-12hr study vids to keep me motivated. I really loved your vid on 'how i studied 12hr a day' the line how you wanted to give your mother a house really hit me. Felt so relatable. You made a tremendous change in my life. Today i am gonna graduate highschool TwT. I cant believe it but i am so ready for life later !!! You are awesome as always tysm
I just discovered your channel a couple days ago and realized we went to the same college at the same time, small world lol. Keep up the content, I like the really chill cozy vibes!
I am so grateful for you and your Chanel. It became a safe place, were I can return when I am down, to be surrounded with great people, who also finding there path. And when I study, I fell not lonely:)
far out the best video on this channel! made me think about how im conducting my life, and that when are no distractions, its easier to find meaning in the daily life. i also appreciate a lot the longer videos, james ;)
this is so inspiring i cant even put it into words, especially the part about having difficulty finding meaning in your life. its funny because i thought someone like you would definitely find much more “meaning” in their life! anyway i think its cute how the new cat has the same tail as mika. thanks as always for the vids james! :D
despite finding moments of this slightly pretentious I can see the effort you are putting in to bettering yourself and keeping everything going, I know how hard it is to do that and I respect it where I see it. keep up the good work!
@@nilo866It’s the philosophy stuff and the focus on himself. You should look up and read Platos Cave. It’s something that happens when you change your life for the better and stop bad habits. Like how people who quit smoking or drinking get a little more judgmental of people who still do those things and even a little “preachy”. In reality when you find something better, you want to share it, but as humans we don’t always want to hear it. So from the outside it can seem “fake”. Same reason people who find God get really talkative about it. Sometimes people inside of the cave still, don’t even realize they don’t know what genuine looks like anymore after being trapped in an artificial world for so long.
I started watching you during lockdown, your videos helped so much your passion really inspired me. Still now, everytime I take a break I come running to rewatch your videos.
@@jvscholzi just found out about your channel and saw your same interest in mechanical pencils, cats, musashi miyamoto, and now you say you like samurai champloo??? definitely subscribing.
Love your videos, this one especially was giving odyssey vibes ❤ I also have begun being in a mode of studying and self reflection (I’ve been reading some Carl Jung, the poet Rumi, and a wider variety of books). It is always important in being aware of life’s ebbs and flows, and that the little wheel in you is still turning. Keep up the good work, and Happy Anniversary 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾(I was definitely milly rocking to the music you put in 😂😂😂)
I admire your commitment to this kind of lifestyle so much. It's what billions of people around the world miss. Dude, you're like a freakin' rockstar to me. Keep on!
bro I cried when you pulled out that road trip song, I felt at home. You inspire me James, I'm currently on my second engineering semester, and I've been studying with your livestreams all the time
i always love your videos so much james. they are simple yet so motivating. i've been thinking about the same exact autobiography idea and i will start my own soon! keep it up
James!!! I really appreciate the small tip on journalling. doing it that way really helped me see things in a less complicated yet intimate way in my life
Hey buddy, I wanted to thank you for the video you made a year ago "productive day in the life" which helped me a lot to progress as a student, giving me the example and motivation that with perseverance I could get a better version of me. Thanks to the inspiration that came from watching the video before studying I was able to become aware of my potential and how to organize myself, I actually passed the subjects I had to take. Thank you n.n! And thank you for teaching me the music of Nujabes, it's simply beautiful!
James, amazing video! I have been waiting for you to upload lol. It was definitely worth waiting for. This video and your youtube addiction videos have helped me a lot. Thank you so much. Keep it up bro!! 😳
I appreciate you James, hope you're great! I've been watching your previous streams and getting my 10 sessions in. I've gone from studying to building a business, thanks to the confidence I have in young people like us who aren't afraid to work hard and seek the best life on our own terms. It's cool to see you learning Vietnamese!! I wish the best for grandma 💗
thanks for taking us with you into the private parts of your life. The reasons for why you schedule your days like you do and the kind of life you are trying to live, away from all the things that fight for our attention - that really resonated. All the best from the other side of the Atlantic
I think a good way to put the difference between James' lifestyle, and the general lifestyles these days is that while for most people boredom is a means to consume, for him it is a means to produce. We take our boredom, our anxiety, our other complicated emotions, and completely burry them under consumption of media or other things. Truth be told the ways of escapism are far more advanced than it was a century ago. It's completely fair to say that we are not fairly matched against corporations that are fighting over our attention. But James shows that we *can* fight, and we can take back our attention and do things meaningful to us. You've been a great deal of inspiration for me James, I'm entering my last year of highschool soon. You've helped me pick my major (C.E) and I aspire to one day master my boredom and be able to create things like you.
I looove the musiiic, your video makes me want to do more "real" stuff. Appreciate life like you do. It feels real, simple but so essential. You reminded me what truely matter. Low key it's a pretty big shift in my way of thinking and doing things just now. I was already thinking about this way to see life but you made everything clic for me today ❤ Take care, and thanks for your content!
I'm two semesters away from finishing my degree in history, I left my job as an administrative assistant and I'm studying to work from home online while I don't graduate, today's world sells vices and impossible ideals of life which causes me a lot of anxiety and uncertainty , but people like you remind me that things should be simple, and simple does not mean easy, but it is worth choosing our own sufferings (study/physical exercises) and reaping the results of constancy, thank you very much for sharing your life, this helps a lot of people
Cool day to day video, I want to follow the idea of an early, long focus sprint to have time for personal interests and chilling later. Also "A lo mejor" is a pretty cracked music choice :D
Actually I wanted to tell you something you know you always give us some kinda energy we needed the most and tb frank you’re on my Lock Screen to have me energised I want you to carry on making these kinda vlog ❤
