Hang out with me for the whole day! Nothing fancy....just a normal day in my life during the week. In today’s vlog I get ready and do my makeup, go for a walk, teach my classes and have a driving lesson. Later on in the day my boyfriend and dog come home and then I help my boyfriend at work in the evening.

stop drinking vitamin C and eating fruits and you will forget your acne.... and you will also forget many other diseases.... although it sounds sad, it is actually true! my best wishes to you as from a psychologist who can claim this!

Thanks for trying to help but my acne is hormonal and it makes no difference whether I cut out certain foods. Trust me, I’ve tried everything 😅💓

@@EnglishwithGemma Hi Gemma, The comment above is correct though. Artificial vitamins and minerals can't be metabolised by our bodies and just contribute more to the toxification of our bodies than they do anything good. In addition to what the previous commenter said, I might add, consider to stop eating any kind of junk food (anything that's processed that is, which includes toast, pasta, etc.). If you find yourself struggling to cut them out, you're probably eating emotionally. The skin is, among its many functions, also a detox organ. People usually get acne when the body so full of waste that it can't get rid of all the waste the normal way. So it starts popping it out through the skin. If there are still excess amounts of waste it'll potentially store it in the interstitum (and at a later stage in organs). That's how our bodies work although I can't know for sure what's true for you individually (I'd have many questions to ask). But I doubt that it's hormonal and/or you've tried everything. Your hormones may or may not be out of homeostasis (balance), but that's a symptom rather than a (or the) cause. Unless you did an intense liver and colon cleansing repeatedly several times over a period of at least one year and ate clean and "real" food during that period and for at least one more year, you haven't really had any chance to notice any changes for the better at all so far. Not even your hormones would've been able to balance back to homeostasis...
