Well, my Birthday is April 30th so I am right behind you Larry. I will be turning 70 very shortly after you. Happy Birthday Sir!!!!!! And may you have many, many, many more. Take care my friend, and happy camping.

Larry, love the canned ham trailers, but really love the layout of that new camper. It looks really roomy and the toasters usually have a bathroom. Your idea of the portable refrigerator is great. Where we had electricity on a site, we just took a small portable refrigerator with us to the beach. It saved a fortune in ice over 2 weeks on cape Hatteras, and they were really reasonable. I know you’re doing the 12 volt route since you camp at non electric sites.

Hey Larry, I live right on the Lincoln Highway in beautiful Wooster, Ohio. A marker is right up the street where I live. Ohio has some of the best places to fish for walleye, bass, perch, among many others all over the state.

Why not leave the original ice box, and just use that for storage, instead of removing it? I like my mini fridge, with a tiny freezer. It's just a dorm fridge. I don't like top loading coolers when you want what's on the bottom. There's a Lincoln Hwy in Lancaster County, PA. I wonder if it's the same one. I think you'll have to sit on the floor to drive that boat! :) I see in the comments that you have a birthday coming up. Happy birthday. 🎂

Hi Larry! i think your siesta camper is pretty decent. it is a little beat up on the outside but that is to be expected when you have been around that long. but the interior looks to be in great shape.i see you also got solar to charge the batteries. good idea. AGM batteries are good for that set up. and if you need portable power around the campsite you can always look into an LI power station. those can be charged from solar as well. i have never had moonshine before but i have had ever clear which is essentially the same thing. 190 proof will kick you backside though ;D enjoy the camper Larry, you are looking good!

How did you find that nice big lot? I've been looking at real estate in Yerrington. But everything is on small city sized lots. Also looked at Fernley which l like, but prices are too high there.
