Unfortunately no, anything that wasent metal melted into nothing. I'm assuming one of the oem plastic fuel fittings cracked. Owner replaced all fuel lines months before fire
Lots of Vanagon renovation videos on this site. Where are you people digging up all these old VW's? Pity VW doesn't make innovative/usuable/affordable vehicles like the Westphalia/Vanagons anymore instead of competing with the Japanese sedans/pocket rockets!
Luckily the old VWs are still out there, the price is definitely going up though 😢 Looks like VW is trying to get back into it with the ID BUZ, but I don't think it'll have the same draw as the classic vanagon!
