There are three sellers in the listing all of them are FBA including me whenever I start PPC and I am in BUYbox I get sales and the PPC is working . as soon as I get out of the buy box my PPC campaign also stops and I don’t get a single sell until the main seller is out of by box. How can I improve?

Hi! I’m launching my first product. For this one, I am applying for a trademark. I also want to apply for the Brand Registry. Now my question is: for me to apply for brand registry, they are asking me for the asin of the product. And in order to have an asin, you need to create a listing. But to create a listing, you need to either add the brand (which I don’t have yet, I am applying) or put generic. The only problem is that this space is now locked. Now I can’t add my brand name once I do the Brand Registry. Can I change this? Or am I stuck with generic brand now?
To enrol a brand, you will need to provide the following information: Your brand name that has an active registered or pending trademark The trademark for your brand must appear on your products or packaging and you must provide images that depict this. Until you have enrolled in Brand Registry, you will have to list your products as generic. Once you have a trademark and enroll with Brand Registry, you can relist your products under your own brand name. Kindly note that Amazon asks sellers to create new ASINs to "re-brand. You will not be able to change from "generic" to your brand name. There was a customer who bought the product and returned it the first time the second time the same customer buy the product and return a empty box and got a full refund so I got a loss at that time. I didn’t make any video to show proof to Amazon Now after two weeks, I got an order from the same address with a different customer. What should I do?

Hello Guys, so I have now my brand registered at the brand registry Amazon, I have an issue, I listed a product that was considered as "Violation" by Health Canada. It's hair care product and the only issue was: the name Hair care. my listing was removed from Canada marketplace but stayed in US. Now every time I use FBA it just posts automatically on Canada. How do I avoid that? I only want to keep this specific product in US marketplace. Thank you!
I made a mistake on "Manufacturer " attributes when I first created my listing. I went back to change it I was unable to edit it since it was locked.I contact Amazon customer service they told me delete the listing and creat it again using same ASIN. But obviously didn't work. do you have any idea how can I fix it?
I don’t exactly remember the wording but, it was like you cannot change certain attributes, it should remain the same as you initially wrote when you were creating your listing.
It sounds like the old listing is still active! Please remove is completely and then start over. You may need Seller support's help to delete your listing completely!
