High speed sweepers where you can maintain 50mph through it. The technical stuff like the dragon might be a little to much of a head challenge to enjoy

Twisty, lots of sweepers, not too difficult... I've got stogies to smoke and coffee to drink while I ride, can't do that on switchbacks, LOL :D Preferably by the water.

Low traffic, with twists and turns.

So much traffic here in DFW area and traffic lights. So I like either getting to a country road for peaceful ride or on the freeways, but they have some crazy behavior on them.
