Simple habits that keep from numbing and abandoning myself. The moment you allow for all of your experience to rise with the equanimity is the moment you can soften and begin releasing the denser aspects of your internal reality.

Hitomi, when you started speaking about you speaking to your parents in your mind, I burst into tears. I'm 18 and have been going through a lot of trauma with my parents. Thank you for showing me that healing is possible and that I can anchor love for self and others in every now moment. I love you, you've saved me.

I’m someone who experiences life in very deep ways and emotion. I’m either euphoric and dancing and on top of the world or I’m drowning in misery and depression and emptiness. I was in one of the phases of feeling entirely empty and meaningless when I stumbled across your video and I can say that it genuinely helped me and gave me beautiful hope. Thank you kind and connected soul. I sometimes feel that there is no room for my intensity but this reassured me and let me see once again how it’s such a beautiful gift.

The bathroom was always my safe space away from my family to cry and let my true emotions come out. I still run away to another room or bathroom sometimes and hide away when I get triggered or whenever my emotions are too intense. It was my habit as a child to run and hide. But lately I have been really communicative. And opening my heart. And showing my mom and sister the love I want for myself. Thank you. Sending you love ❤️

Hi, I just wanted to say, that I relapsed a few months ago after almost 2 years of not harming myself and what really helped me was being real with myself and asking for help. So if that is a possibility for you, please reach out and get help. Either way stay strong, it's going to be ok.

Something I'm working on coming to terms with is that you can't always have the conversations you wish you could with others, or if you do, you don't always get the results that you want. I have also found comfort in communing with people "in my head" as you said. I think it's a way to release the energy in a more neutral/less resistant way and it can help to heal the spirit of you and sometimes even the other person. You can go into the relationship/conversation with a clearer perspective.

There is so much deep wisdom here. It’s incredible how long it can take to heal childhood wounds. They never really go away but we can learn how to look at the emotions and recognize them, and see them from a distance. I also feel that elders can teach us so much, and give positive examples of nurturing behavior, if we never received that as children. You talk about your journey of healing and still feeling broken some days but I am so in awe of the amount of healing you have been able to nourish yourself with, some people are never able to get there. You are such a beautiful role model. I love that you are so open and unapologetically yourself. It’s hard to find people who make content that are truly soul searching on their own and openly sharing their journey with so much courage

I've been talking to people's spirits too. It's a cool way to connect to the unknown mysticisms and send healing. I like the idea of forgiving them and imagining them as their own inner child. The mindset to give love you wish to receive is truly beneficial, providing my family with a different perspective/action on love gives them space to be experimental with how they love me. As well as, viewing how animals love each other by biting, licking, and massaging. I love learning about love!!💜

❤ 💯 I feel you! Scorpio ♏️ life! Lack of family communication and family moves away from each other. That destroy a child that needs to be raised By a village. Spanish blood is crazy, they won many wars with neighbors countries in Europe thousands of years ago. Because we had religion or culture traditions we had a aim or path that kept us focus in that life. Now we have ads, TV, bad music, social apps and politics that plug us to soulless life. We choose everything else’s over ourselves, family, friends and neighbors. You have thought me a lot and thank you for every video. That is your path now, teaching and learning and growing.
