spend the week off with me this week! I tried a new restaurant with my mum at Harrods called Kinoya Ramen bar, and gave you all my honest review! Sepideh jan, I need your help, as a doctor you don't have a same plan for each week and you're sleeping schedule is changing all the time. can you please explain to me how do you manage your sleeping rotune without damaging your health? like some days you've a night shift or another day you're on call. would you please create a video and explain your healthy lifestyle? thank you so much.

Of course! I only have nights every 1.5-2months. on calls are 12.5 hour day shifts so these don’t affect myself, I just need to ensure adequate rest after them. I will explain in detail in a video x
