The throwing up I did it through all 3 trimesters with my kids 😭 I swear nothing can prepare you for pregnancy. You look beautiful as always💕 I’ve been lactose since my kids. It’s easier than you think I promise. I do soy, almond and oat milk and rarely ever take in dairy. If I do I just take a dairy pill. You got this!
