Hey susu! New mom here, by best advice is to enjoy every single moment of your pregnancy because trust me, you’ll miss your bump, seeing your baby move in your belly…everything!! Of course pregnancy has its downside (ie nauseous, heart burns etc) but it’s all part of the beautiful journey

Congratulations 🎈 Sis I have 4 kids and I pushed all 4 of them out with no epidural ! I was 8 centimeters every time I gave birth! I walked a lot ! I wanted to have the experience of being able to have them !!

Congratulations!! You are already a great mother. Putting yourself and your unborn child's wellbeing first. I remember that second trimester hunger. I walked my whole pregnancy and drank lots of water. I had a water bottle 64oz with motivation markers to push me to drink more. I was in labor for 7 hrs, babygirl came quick and will be three later this year. My best advice is keep God first and trust your instincts. It can get overwhelming very quickly. You will do your best with what you know.. Give yourself lots of grace. You have everything you need within you and beside you (Roland). Can't wait to see this journey with you. Congratulations again Susu. As a mother of 2(girl &boy). I had an easy labor with both kids daughter 30mins &son 11 mins. @prettisusu Take it easy. You should always carry water and snacks. You should get small cooler and leave it in car. You might have cravings. Your sense of smell is probably going to very sensitive. You should get a body pillow.drink plenty of water which you do already. Calcium the baby needs also. Blessings to you.👍🙏🏽⚘️💙❤️
You were always beautiful but sis that bby got u glowing up girl. I was sick like you and lost weight in the beginning of all my 5 pregnancies then gained it in the 2nd trimester. All my kids are grown now and I have grandkids. 8 of them to be exact. They are just a joy as if you have your kids all over again. Anyway I digress lol. You look fabulous. Don’t beat yourself up about if you have to eat fast food sometimes. Sometimes being pregnant 🤰🏽 makes us want those things that you don’t feel like cooking when you want something right away. Omg you are me right now 😂 Me & hubby are due in October with our first in our late 20s & I feel like idk what the heck I’m really doing! I just put it in God’s hands. And yes food is like my whole life now.. what & when are we eating is the main topic at all times 😭 But yes more updates pls so we can do this together. Currently looking for a midwife & doula in HTX so that info would be REALLY helpful. It’s so crazy cause I said the SAME prayer last year asking God to show me how good it can get! And he showed me!! Suzy your find with your food consumption. Your eating for two and sometimes it’s truly like that when pregnant. Suggestion important watch salt consumption whether at home cooking or eat out other than that when baby hungry feed. Yes drink water, organce juice, pineapple juice. So happy for Suzy and Roland.

labor is temporary it’s the shortest part of pregnancy and motherhood, you can do it! since you have a birth doula i would focus more on postpartum healing and newborn care 💕 and breastfeeding education for sure if you’re desiring to breastfeed.
I had 3 planned unmediated births in the hospital settings, very doable, not bad at all. Educate yourself, Staying as healthy as possible, keeping a healthy pregnancy weight, exercises, breathing exercises, stretches, helps a bunch, and just happy God centered thoughts. Wish you the best. God dey
My advice is to trust your gut as a mom. If you don’t feel well go get checked, worried about baby? Get checked. Same thing when they are born. Better safe than sorry.
