Weekly Vlog | Dating Apps + Tornado Touch Down + Write The Vision + Eating From My Garden + Fasting 

Girl, I didn't know that you had uploaded a video 🎉!!! I was on the phone running my mouth😅! I am ready to get my look on and I hope no one else call me because I am busy😂😅

I have SERIOUS body dysmorphia, and the best way I've found to combat that is to take photos of myself in the same outfits and same poses over time and put them in a collage together. I HAVE to see the exact same thing in the photos to be able to understand there's a real difference. I don't know of a way to "cure" the dysmorphia, but this stops it in its tracks. Matter of fact, I just took a series of pics this morning and compared it to pics of myself over the past couple years and there's a HUGE difference! I take pics like this at least 3 times a month (cuz I don't weigh myself during my weight loss journey), and even since the last time I took progress photos, there's a bigggggggg difference in my body composition.

Always enjoy your vlogs. I have to agree Tornados are very scary. Firt time experience Tornados is when I moved to the south. Up north we dont have Tornados. Anyways you're looking great Melissa and you have to keep telling yourself and Believe it and you will see what everyone else sees when we look at you.
