I absolutely loved this content. So honest and true. Wonderful that you admitted putting on weight when stressed by moving, this is content viewers can relate to. Everyday life diet, exercise, food shopping, cleaning your apartment these are the things that people are interested in the nuts and bolts of life. This was so so much more interesting than just looking at hugely expensive clothes and handbags.

I’m so sorry you are feeling down, hope you feel better soon. Just wondering on average are you eating 1200 ish cals a day and working out how much? I’ve hit a block, I think I need to increase my caloric deficit!

Thank you! The first day in this video I tracked 1556 calories but I on average eat 1800 per day and that makes me lose weight, I notice that if I dip my calories too low I just stay in a plateau, get bloated, etc. That difference between 1400-1500 calories and the sweet spot 1700 to 1850 is when I lose weight faster. I do walk minimum 10k steps a day and workout roughly 6 days a week (cardio 2-3 times a week, the rest just weights, following RU-vid videos like Alexis Ren or Ballet Bare). I think you're at a plateau. I was just at one too. Best way is to stay the course, and if you're eating 1200 - bump it up to 1500 (I suggest slowly acclimate to higher calories). If you are at a plateau, it might take 4 weeks but if you're consistent your weight will move even (and because) if you increase your calories. Let me know if you have any other questions ❤
