About the teeth brushing: I would brush after the coffee. So you have a good breath. Personally I don’t find the bacteria a reason to do it before. Because the night before you brushed it already before going to bed. And your mouth also has good bacteria, that does it’s work too while you sleep you know? Your whole digestive system consists of a complicated balance of ‘flora’ that keeps us healthy, and this starts in the mouth already ♥️

Its a cultural thing, but yes I never drink or eat anything without brushing my teeth (either using miswaak/cadey or modern electrical brush). A friend of mine who is into astrology was telling me these feelings of lethargic, confusion and lack of motivation is planetary (related to Mercury, plenty of great you tubers with expertise touched on it) and we should just take it easy.

I learned to brush my teeth before breakfast, when I was a kid. Because my dad said it's unpleasant to sit at the table with that stinky morning breath 😂 and since then I got used to it. Always brush before breakfast and after I take a clean brush and brush through to remove rest of food etc. and finish with mouthwash. My friend is a dentist and said it's better to brush before because of the bacteria and pH in your mouth after you slept and when you eat or drink it's not good for the teeth, so it's better to brush before.
