I’m very interested in the vitamin brand! We (Black People) definitely tend to be deficient in Vitamin D and Iron. Is the link an affiliate link? I def went to make sure you get credit.

Also, thinking about your *slight* pivot away from the meal plan, I do wonder if what you said about the vitamins and supplements not being formulated for Black people can also be said about these meal plans. I’ve tried quite a few in the past and never stuck with them because it simply wasn’t enough food. Maybe these plans are configured with a specific body in mind? Just a thought! Either way, I’m excited to see what your progress will be in a month!

Look into foldable walking pads. There is one from walking pad that is foldable and no assembly needed

Try putting the leggings in the dryer on the highest settings. That's what I do when stretchy items get too big.
