Hi thanks for update on W. Sounds like u are starting to settle into the chemo routine. Yes it is difficult but remember to take care of yourself too. You WILL get out the other side! That pink stretchy dress suited you. You know that we will support you whenever & however we can. Try to chill a little - the journalling (I used to call it scrapbooking) is great for this - i did something similar when I was undergoing my cancer treatment. Thinking of you all. Just post whateverr u need to - vlog/recipes/scream for help/chilling out/updates - we will come & watch! Xxx

It's horrible that people can be so ignorant and callous. There should be much better staff training for customers at these times. Maybe as Macmillan if they can help at all? Not monetarily, but they may listen properly if someone in authority rings them. I'm angry for you! Glad you've got your crafting to calm you. Lots of love to you both. xxx

I’m sending my blessings and believe it or not your doing ok it’s not easy caring and we say ‘oh it’s ok I’ll manage’ but I like it to a swan gliding along the water but underneath your paddling like hell 😊 A go funding page is a brilliant idea well done Nicola. Karen are you aware you can claim Carer’s Allowance? I did as soon as my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Sending all my love, hugs and strength at this incredibly difficult time. I’ve been through it and know exactly what you’re going through. Our children were only 13 and 16 which made it even more painful. Much love to you and Warren. What you do with your journals is what we call junk Journaling in the US. It's popular. Yours looks nice.

What lovely work in your journal Karen. You’re very artistic and being very strong and brave. My brother has found that MacMillan has been very helpful with advice about his money situation. Also Citizens Advice are very good and well worth contacting. Sorry if you’ve already thought of this, but I thought it worth a mention. I’ll be following whatever and whenever you vlog. Hi Karen Bie sense of humour is quite good. The consultant said that this treatment was brutal so am hoping that his white cell count improves . Nothing worse than acompromised immune system.as it will take the stuffing out of him. For someone to have worked alll their life and dealt these cards it’s so hard and you are doing the best that you can That dress is a gorgeous colour. The other colours in the draws pair up with it. Really lovely I can understand your position as gilovernment departments never rush . Karen you are not begging for money as it’s a necessity and no one is going to blame your daughter for doing this for her family as you are all pulling together. It was nice of your daughter to do this for you as a family as it’s going from day to day and week to week All the best for now and will see you in the next one. I l really liked that vlog and am sending you and Warren big hugs and are often in my thoughts xx

Hi Karen, you are doing so well with keeping us up to date with Warrens chemo. So glad that his blood count is back to normal and he can’t have his second round of treatment. I know what you are going through I had the same with my husband but sadly he passed away in 2015. Don’t be scared to ask for help I know the institutions are slow in getting you some finances. Love to you Warren and the family.❤️❤️
