So glad you didn’t get a relaxer. real stylist manage all hair types without it. My hair type is much similar to yours and I’ve been on a journey as well did the big chop wore braids to keep from touching it keeping my ends trimmed. Your hair will flourish thanks for being so transparent your hair is beautiful

Angwi!! I appreciate the hair transparency! I'm going through the same thing. My hair fell out so much from styles I was doing on myself. I feel like its so damaged that I have no choice but to wear it our and grow it consistently. It's never too late. Glad you are taking matters into your own hands! Nothing is worse than being in denial about hair damage. Can't wait to see the transformation!!

You look so gorgeous with ur natural hair! You should try braids I feel like we haven’t seen that. Research and using black own hair products have helped me ALOT. Keeping your hair moisturized is extremely important to promote good hair health

@Angwi tacho have you ever tried microneedling for your acne? I had cystic acne for a few years and tried everything under the sun. The only thing that worked and is still working is microneedling. I've been doing it now for 3yrs and it's great. Acne free for the most part. Will get a pimple here and there but nothing compared to what I was going through before I tried it.

I’m not letting anyone else braid it but her or me. And I’m starting to go to appointments every 2 weeks to let her wash and deep condition it. She said we’re supposed to wash our hair frequently
